I believe the best client relationships are built on trust, communication, and practical guidance. My goal is to help clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence while delivering thoughtful solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
After growing up on Whidbey Island in Washington State, I served in the United States Army, where I was stationed in Germany as a Lance Missile Crewmember and earned the Army Achievement Award for outstanding performance. Following my military service, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University and began my career in corporate finance with several health insurance organizations in the Seattle area.
In 2002, I passed the CPA Exam and later joined the IRS as a Revenue Agent before transitioning into public accounting, where I became licensed as a CPA in 2009. I also earned my MBA from the University of Phoenix and have spent more than two decades helping clients navigate tax planning, compliance, business taxation, estate and gift taxation, financial reporting, business valuations, cryptocurrency planning, and forecasting.
I enjoy building long-term client relationships by providing practical guidance and thoughtful solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading about history and foreign policy. One of my favorite experiences was spending a week in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where I explored the historic battlefield, President Eisenhower’s farm, and the rich culture and history of the surrounding area.
